Leadership and mentoring
Supporting the next generation of property professionals through mentoring, facilitation and industry contribution.
Throughout her career, Judi has believed that knowledge is most valuable when it is shared.
Alongside her work with developers and project teams, she actively contributes to the property industry through mentoring, leadership development and industry engagement.
For Judi, supporting future leaders is not separate from the work. It is part of creating a stronger, more capable industry for everyone.
Investing in future leaders
The property industry is built on relationships, shared experience and continuous learning.
Over the years, Judi has had the opportunity to work alongside talented professionals at every stage of their careers. Those experiences have reinforced the importance of creating spaces where people can learn, challenge ideas and grow with confidence.
Through mentoring, facilitation and industry involvement, she continues to support emerging professionals while contributing to broader conversations about leadership, community and the future of the industry.
Current involvement
UDIA Victoria Mentoring Program
For more than eight years, Judi has volunteered as a mentor in the UDIA Victoria Mentoring Program, supporting emerging property professionals as they develop confidence, strengthen commercial thinking and navigate their careers.
What continues to stand out is the quality of conversation, the willingness to learn and the opportunity for mentors and mentees alike to gain new perspectives.
Women in Property 500 Workshop
Recently, Judi facilitated a Women in Property 500 workshop with Development Victoria focuse on advancing as a mid-career woman.
The session explored visibility, influence, leadership and the practical actions that help professionals take the next step in their careers.
Participants left with a personalised action plan designed to build stronger networks, increase confidence and support long-term growth.
What guides Judi's approach
Share what you've learned
Experience becomes more valuable when it helps others navigate their own journey.
Create space for honest conversations
Growth often comes from reflection, feedback and the willingness to challenge assumptions.
Support people, not just careers
Strong professional development considers the whole person, not simply the next promotion.
Always have the thirst for learning
Mentoring is never one-way. Every conversation offers an opportunity to learn something new.
"Every year I'm reminded that the conversations go both ways. I learn just as much from my mentees as I hope they take from me."
